🎮应用描述
Yah Blocks（呀方块）是一款方块消除益智游戏，主要功能包括：
- 8×8 棋盘方块消除玩法，支持连击、多行消除和完美清屏加分
- 多种方块外观样式，包括经典、小姐姐、小哥哥、萌宠、赞赞虎、雨燕和自定义样式
- 支持使用本地相册图片裁切并设置为方块背景
- 支持登录后保存战绩、查看排行榜及参与相关奖励活动
- 支持金币、复活、邀请码、激活码等应用内在线功能（具体以应用内展示为准）
- 支持音效、振动、语言等偏好设置
- 多语言界面支持
👤账号与在线服务
您可以通过应用内账号或应用内支持的其他方式登录本应用。登录后，我们可能为您提供战绩同步、排行榜、金币余额、奖励发放、邀请码、激活码等功能。
您应妥善保管账号信息，并对通过您的账号发生的操作负责。如发现账号存在异常使用、被盗用或其他安全风险，请及时通过邮件联系我们。
为维护服务公平性和安全性，我们有权根据应用内规则对异常登录、刷分、作弊、绕过付费或奖励规则、批量注册、恶意请求等行为采取限制、暂停、清除异常数据或终止服务等措施。
✅许可与使用规范
在遵守本协议的前提下，我们授予您有限的、非独占的、不可转让的许可，仅供您在个人设备上为个人娱乐目的安装和使用本应用。
您不得进行以下行为：
- 对本应用进行反编译、反汇编、逆向工程或尝试获取源代码
- 修改、改编、翻译或创作基于本应用的衍生作品
- 出租、出借、销售、转授权或以其他方式商业利用本应用
- 删除或修改本应用中包含的任何版权声明或所有权标注
- 利用外挂、脚本、模拟器、抓包篡改、接口重放或其他非正常方式影响游戏结果、排行榜或奖励结算
- 利用本应用从事任何违法、侵权、欺诈、骚扰或破坏服务稳定性的活动
🪙金币、奖励与复活
本应用可能根据您的游戏得分、累计局数、活动规则、排行榜名次或应用内任务发放金币、待解锁金币、盲盒或其他虚拟奖励。具体规则、数量、有效期、领取方式和限制以应用内展示及应用内规则为准。
虚拟金币、奖励、复活机会等仅可在应用允许的范围内使用，不具有法定货币属性，不得私下交易、套现、转让或用于任何非法目的。
复活功能可能包括免费复活、广告复活和金币复活等方式。我们可能根据运营需要调整每日次数、消耗数量、广告展示、适用场景或开放状态。
🖼️用户生成内容
本应用允许您从本地相册选择图片并裁切为方块背景图（"自定义图片"）。对于您选择的自定义图片：
- 您确认您拥有使用该图片的合法权利或已获得相应授权
- 自定义图片保存于您的设备本地应用目录，用于方块渲染和预览
- 请勿使用侵犯他人肖像权、隐私权、著作权或其他合法权益的图片
- 您应对自己选择和使用的自定义图片承担相应责任
🏆知识产权
本应用及其所有内容（包括但不限于游戏逻辑、界面设计、图形、文字、音效、品牌标识、排行榜和活动配置）均受版权法及其他知识产权法律保护，其权利归开发者或相关权利人所有（部分内容适用相应开源许可证）。
本协议不转让本应用的任何所有权，您仅获得使用许可。
🌐第三方服务与广告
为提供登录、排行榜、奖励结算、统计分析、广告复活、应用分发、崩溃排查或合规能力，本应用可能接入在线服务、应用商店服务、广告服务、统计分析服务或其他必要第三方服务。
第三方服务可能依据其自身规则处理相关信息。我们会在必要范围内接入和使用相关服务，并尽力要求第三方依法保护您的信息安全。
⚠️免责声明
本应用按"现状"提供，不附带任何形式的明示或默示保证，包括但不限于：
- 适销性保证
- 特定用途适用性保证
- 不侵权保证
- 不中断或无错误运行的保证
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，开发者不对因使用或无法使用本应用而导致的任何间接、附带、特殊或后果性损害负责。
📱第三方平台
本应用可能通过 Apple App Store、Google Play Store 及国内安卓应用市场等渠道分发。您通过这些平台下载或使用本应用时，还需遵守相应平台的服务条款和使用规则，包括：

- 您实际下载渠道的应用市场规则
我们与上述平台的纠纷不在本协议范围内。
🔄协议变更

🚪终止
您可随时卸载本应用终止本协议。如您违反本协议的任何条款，我们保留终止您对本应用使用权的权利。协议终止后，本协议中的相关条款（如免责声明、知识产权条款）仍继续有效。
⚖️适用法律

📖Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Yah Blocks (the "App"). Please read these Terms of Service (the "Terms") carefully before using the App.
By downloading, installing, registering, signing in to, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please stop using the App and uninstall it from your device immediately.
🎮App Description
Yah Blocks is a block puzzle game. Key features include:
- 8×8 block puzzle gameplay with combos, multi-line clears, and perfect-clear bonuses
- Multiple block styles, including classic, beauty, guys, pets, Zanzanhu, Swift, and custom styles
- Custom block backgrounds using square-cropped photos from your local library
- Signed-in score saving, leaderboards, and reward events
- Online app features such as coins, revivals, invite codes, and activation codes, subject to in-app availability
- Sound, haptics, language, and preference settings
- Multi-language interface support
👤Accounts and Platform Services
You may sign in with an in-app account or other supported methods. After sign-in, we may provide score saving, leaderboards, coin balance, reward distribution, invite codes, activation codes, and related features.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activities conducted through your account. If you notice unauthorized use or security risks, please contact us via email.
To protect fairness and service security, we may restrict, suspend, remove abnormal data, or terminate access for cheating, score manipulation, reward abuse, unauthorized automation, malicious requests, or other violations.
✅License and Acceptable Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on your personal device(s) for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
- Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App
- Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the App
- Remove or alter any copyright notices or proprietary markings within the App
- Use plug-ins, scripts, emulators, packet tampering, replay attacks, or other abnormal methods to affect gameplay, leaderboards, or rewards
- Use the App for any unlawful or infringing activity
🪙Coins, Rewards, and Revivals
The App may grant coins, locked coins, mystery boxes, or other virtual rewards based on game scores, round counts, events, rankings, or in-app tasks. Specific rules, amounts, validity periods, redemption methods, and limits are subject to in-app notices and in-app rules.
Virtual coins, rewards, and revival opportunities may only be used within the permitted scope of the App. They are not legal tender and may not be privately traded, cashed out, transferred, or used for unlawful purposes.
Revival options may include free revival, ad-based revival, and coin-based revival. We may adjust daily limits, required coin amounts, ad availability, applicable scenarios, or feature availability for operational needs.
🖼️User-Generated Content
The App allows you to select and crop images from your local photo library as block backgrounds ("Custom Images"). Regarding Custom Images:
- You confirm that you have the legal right to use any image you select
- Custom Images are stored in the App's local directory on your device for block rendering and preview
- You must not use images that infringe others' portrait, privacy, copyright, or other lawful rights
- You are responsible for the images you choose and use
🏆Intellectual Property
The App and all its contents — including but not limited to game logic, interface design, graphics, text, sound effects, brand marks, leaderboards, and event configurations — are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights are owned by the developer or relevant rights holders (certain components may be subject to applicable open-source licenses).
These Terms do not transfer any ownership of the App; you receive only a license to use it.
🌐Third-Party Services and Ads
To provide sign-in, leaderboards, reward settlement, analytics, ad-based revivals, app distribution, crash diagnostics, or compliance capabilities, the App may integrate app-store services, advertising services, analytics services, or other necessary third-party services.
Third-party services may process relevant information under their own rules. We use such services only as reasonably necessary and require third parties to protect your information in accordance with applicable law.
⚠️Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
📱Third-Party Platforms
The App may be distributed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and domestic Android app markets. When you download or use the App through these platforms, you are also subject to the platform's own terms of service, including:
- Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions
- Google Play Terms of Service
- The rules of the app market from which you downloaded the App
Disputes with those platforms are outside the scope of these Terms.
🔄Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Effective Date" on this page. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
🚪Termination
You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App if you violate any of these Terms. Certain provisions (such as the Disclaimer of Warranties and Intellectual Property sections) survive termination.
⚖️Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
